"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
I found Mozilla VPN easy to use overall. I was able to get to the Firefox download quickly, and the menus mostly made sense. Some of the support pages did take a little clicking around to find the right info, if that makes sense, but it wasn’t frustrating. Overall, it’s a solid site and not confusing like a lot of others can be.

"Slow support compared to others"
I reached out to Mozilla support because I was having trouble with a login and sync issue, the wait was frustrating. I got the usual automated replies at first, but then it felt like my request just sat there for days without any real update.
When someone finally did respond, it didn’t really seem like they had read the details I sent over. I still like using Firefox, but compared with support I’ve gotten from other browsers and tech services, this felt a lot slower and less helpful than it should have been...

"The privacy side really doesn’t sit right with me"
I’m not happy with how the privacy stuff is handled here. It just feels way too unclear and uncomfortable, like I’m supposed to trust it without really knowing what’s going on. Make it make sense, because right now it doesn’t

"Solid security, but a little over the top sometimes"
I mostly use mozilla.org for Firefox, and overall I really like how much they focus on security. The tracker blocking and warning pages definitely make me feel safer when I’m clicking around random sites. That said, some of the settings can be a bit confusing, and updates sometimes show up at the most inconvenient times, which feels preventable. Still, I’d rather have those protections than browse with nothing watching my back. 4 stars from me.

"Good extensions, but the settings feel oddly tricky"
There are a lot of useful add-ons here, and overall I do like using it. But customizing things can get confusing fast. Sometimes it almost feels like they don’t really want you messing with the default setup, because a few settings are harder to find than they should be. Still good, just a bit annoying when you want it set up your own way.

"The site loads fine for me and I..."
The site loads fine for me and I haven’t really run into any issues. Compared to some others I’ve used, it just feels more..

"Firefox has been feeling kinda slow lately"
I’ve been noticing Firefox isn’t running as smoothly as it used to. Pages take longer to load, and it’s been freezing up more often than before.
